If you would like to ship an item in for repair, please follow the Mail-In Repair Request link below and include the completed form in the box with your equipment. We recommend getting an email estimate ahead of shipping so you are aware of what the repair may cost. Read the notes below for shipping instructions.
Forster's Camera Service offers free repair estimates. Estimates can be received via email by submitting the form below, or by checking your equipment into the shop anytime during our business hours. Either way estimates take one to two business days.
When you package your item include a completed repair request form from above.
Pack it tightly in a sturdy box with at least two inches of padding. Our shipping address is located at the top of the page.
Please DO NOT ship equipment in the original box, with the case, accessories or manuals.
Please only INCLUDE THE BATTERY, and/or any accessories directly related the problem you are having.
DO NOT send your memory card unless it is for recovery service. We cannot guarantee the proper return of any additional accessories. If you have any questions regarding which accessories to include, please contact us.
